With asset management and reporting a thoroughly integrated part of our process, our expert team not only meticulously inspects your containers beyond surface washing purposes. These inspections, inclusive of microbial testing, ensure proper decisions are made in regard to not only cleaning and sanitization, but also upkeep the integrity of your containers, right down to knowing if or when repair, retirement and recycling may be necessary.
Upon completion of inspection, tailored chemical/disinfectant mixes and high-pressure hot washing processes (manual or automated) are conducted, effectively eliminating bacterial contaminants, residues in addition to the common industry messes such as dirt, grease, (food) bleed, etc.
Upon thorough washing of your RPCs, they’re dried and carefully organized for storage, pick-up or delivery. Should any require retirement, arrangements can be made for recycling, a process in which you may be eligible for credits as the retired pieces are granulated and moulded into new containers.
